BANQUET POLICIES
Capacity of up to 100

Linen Service

There is a table cloth charge of $2.99 per table including buffet tables. 
Linen napkins available upon request for .59 per guest.

Food & Beverages

All food and beverages must be purchased through Spagnuolo?s.  Due to Ingham County health department rules no extra food may be taken after event.  Food options, number of guests and room arrangements must be made two weeks in advance.

Child Pricing
Children 12 and under are half price.
Children 3 and under no charge.
Deposit
There is a $250.00 deposit required on banquets on Friday or Saturday.  There is a $100.0 deposit required for banquets on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Sunday.  The deposit is applied to final bill.

Gratuity and Sales Tax

A 18% gratuity and 6% Michigan sales tax will be added to the bill.

Room Charge

There is a $250.00 room charge for the banquet room on Friday or Saturday. 
 
The room charge will be waived if the food order is over $500.00.
 
 There is no room charge on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday.
  
Cancellations

The client shall provide written notice of cancellation 60 days prior to your event for full refund.  Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to your event the deposit is not refundable.

Entertainment

Photographers, Bands, Musicians, etc. shall be booked by the client and will be sole responsibility of the client.  All bands must finish by 1:00 A.M. and the banquet room must be empty by 2:00 A.M.

Damage

Room must be left in same condition as it was before function started.   No tape or tacks to walls are allowed.   Any damage done is the responsibility of the responsible party and must be corrected or damage will be accessed and added to bill.

  Payment & Final Count

Payment is due in full after function. Payment is based on the final count given one week prior to event.   If less people attend function based on final count given one week prior to event, the full amount will be charged based on the final count given one week prior to event.  If more people attend function then  final count given one week prior to event, the responsible party will be charged for each extra person attending the event over the final count given one week prior to event.
